Who may become an affiliate at DomainsMatter.com!? Anyone with a web site providing that web site does not contain Pornography, Warez or any other illegal or questionable content. DomainsMatter.com! and Galganov & Associates reserve the right to decide which web site(s) may or may not be included in the program. Where approved sites change their content the onus is on the site owner to advise DomainsMatter.com! of that change. If the change is discovered by DomainsMatter.com! and/or Galganov & Associates, at a later date, to have unacceptable content that affiliateship may be discontinued without any compensation - at the sole discretion of Galganov & Associates and DomainsMatter.com! The applicant must be of age of majority in his/her state (legally able to enter into a contract).

What does it cost to join? Nothing... There is no fee associated with joining this affiliate program.

All commissions are exclusive of any taxes collected. Galganov & Associates and DomainsMatter.com! pay commissions only on net sales (not taxes).
Commissions on Canadian services/products (ie, .CA domains) are paid in Canadian currency.

When do we pay? Affiliate earnings are tracked using cookies. Galganov & Associates will make every effort to the track source of clients coming to the DomainsMatter.com! web site even if the client refuses cookies, however, if a client does refuse to accept cookies Galganov & Associates is not obliged to pay the affiliate for a resulting sale/referral. Galganov & Associates offers a two (2) week return for your traffic. Cookies persist for a two (2) week period. If your client accepts the cookie and returns within the two week period and makes a purchase you will be paid for that sale.

Affiliate cheques are made for a minimum of US$10.00 calculated monthly. If the minimum commission (US$10.00) is not met the amount is rolled over to the next month. Cheques are written in U.S. currency approximately 45 days after the end of each month.

The affiliate must submit each unique root URL where (s)he wishes to feature DomainsMatter.com! affiliate search windows or links. Sites must be approved for inclusion in this affiliate program. The affiliate must advise us if site content/focus has changed. We don't mean we need to check your site if you revamped it but if your site theme has changed, we'd like to know. Additionally, it is interesting to us to know where our product does well. Your contribution helps us to look for ways to build a more effective program - good for us and good for you!

Exclusions: Galganov & Associates and DomainsMatter.com! is not able to pay commissions on products and/or services it does not directly offer. From time to time services [such as Credit Card Merchant Accounts and the like] may be offered on this site on an affiliate basis. Such products/services are excluded from the DomainsMatter.com! commission structure. Commissions are paid only on services provided by DomainsMatter.com!

Taxes may be due on your earnings. All affilaites operate as entities fully independent of DomainsMatter.com! and Galganov & Associates. Any income, corporate or other taxes due on earnings by affiliates whether they are individuals or businesses, are the sole responsibility of those affiliates. As an independent business disbursing funds to independent businesses/business persons, we keep records of all amounts payed out, however, declaring income remains the sole responsibility of the independent contractor be it an individual or a business. We do not issue any official supporting documentation at this time.

Terms and conditions of this program may change from time to time. Any changes in commissions or terms will be posted here, thirty (30) days prior to those changes coming into effect. It is the affiliate's responsibility to check this page for changes from time to time.

Affiliate Accounts may not be re-assigned, sold or transferred in any way.

ABUSE: Spamming is not tolerated. Accumulated commissions will be surrendered with absolutely no compensation due the affiliate. Spamming (defined as "unsuitable postings to newsgroups", "the sending of Unsolicited Commercial E-mails [UCE]) or other commonly unacceptable forms of advertising your web site for our services or advertising our services will cause immediate termination of the offender with no compensation and full surrender of any commissions due. Galganov & Associates and DomainsMatter.com! reserve the right to discontinue any affiliate deemed, at its sole discretion, to have behaved in an offensive manner drawing undesirable attention to DomainsMatter.com!

Either party may terminate this agreement within 30 days by giving notice by E-mail.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal actions must be conducted in the province of Ontario, Canada.
